  • The basic level of technical support is provided at no cost to the “Non-maintenance subscribers”. Customers with our basic level of support can take advantage of our resource library. We will continue to provide licensing and installation support free via e-mail.
  • Advanced technical support
  • We offer an optional comprehensive annual maintenance program for GTS NX. Customers who have the license which is within its maintenance period, can take advantage all of our resources with an additional level of support which includes advanced engineering support via phone or e-mail.

    Maintenance Subscribers are also eligible for immediate access to the latest updates, the new features and major releases.
